If you have a toddler in the house and have never taken them to the cinema before, Peppa Pig: My First Cinema Experience is coming to UK cinemas this weekend (from April 7th), and is the perfect introduction to the big screen for the littlest of viewers.
While many under-5s may not sit through a 90 minute movie in a darkened theatre, they may be much happier going to this collection of nine Peppa Pig episodes that will be shown in the Easter holidays and also the UK May half term.
The nine episodes are all brand new, and will be connected with interactive performances in the cinema featuring live action Peppa, George and their friend Daisy, as well as games and singing and dancing (that parents can join in with, too). At approximately one hour long, it’s a terrific little introduction to the cinema, featuring the episodes Peppa Visits London (where she tours the capital on a double decker bus with the Queen), The Police, The Zoo, Canal Boat, Move To The Music, and a four-part story in which Peppa goes on an Australian holiday to visit her friend Kylie Kangaroo.
